Adjustable heat: Choose three preset levels—104°F, 122°F, or 140°F—or set a temperature from 86°F to 158°F in the app.

App controls: Use compatible iOS or Android phones to view live temperature, adjust each insole independently or together, and set a 15-minute to 2-hour timer.

Rechargeable batteries: Each insole has a 3000mAh battery; runtime is up to 16 hours at 104°F or about 7 hours at 122°F, with shorter runtime at higher settings.

USB charging: Charge with a 5V, 2A USB charger in about 2–3 hours. The insoles cannot be turned on while charging.

Foam construction: Open-cell PU foam provides a breathable footbed, while the injection-molded housing and 1mm steel frame protect the battery from impact and sharp objects.

Water-resistant surface: The surface is IPX7 water-resistant; wipe or rinse it and air dry. Do not soak, machine wash, scrub hard, or wash the battery section.

Molded sizes: Small measures about 10.6 in (27 cm); Large measures about 12.0 in (30.5 cm). They are not cut-to-fit.
